Job Description

Medical Business associate to serve as the vital strategic link between our pharmaceutical Distribution firm and healthcare professionals (HCPs). The primary objective is to increase product awareness, drive prescription volumes, and achieve regional sales targets by delivering product value propositions to doctors, pharmacists, and hospital networks. This field-based role requires an energetic professional who can balance scientific product mastery with persuasive B2B sales techniques.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

·       Product Promotion & Clinical Detailing- Actively promote the portfolio of medicines to doctors, Hospital and clinic attached pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals (HCPs). 

·       Relationship Management & Network Expansion-Conduct regular visits to targeted Doctors, Hospital attached clinics, secure prescribing commitments.

·       Sales and collection- Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue sales targets with collection. Analyze localized prescribing trends to see opportunities and prioritize high-value medical accounts.

·       Market Intelligence & Strategic Reporting-Monitor competitor activity, gather field insights, submit daily field logs containing precise call outcomes and actionable next steps.

Required Core Competencies & Skills

·       Fair understanding of pharmaceutical industry, medical terminology, Compositions. Digital literacy, and analytical skills.

·       Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients such as doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare administrators.

·       Resilience: The grit to handle frequent medical professional rejections and maintain high field motivation.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

·       Education: Preferably B-Pharma, D-Pharma candidates

·       with relevant experience of Pharma sales. Or a general degree/12th pass if paired with verified pharma industry experience and sales Achievements.

·       Experience: 1–5 years of proven experience as a field-based Medical Representative with a verifiable track record of meeting sales quotas.

·       Schedule: Flexibility to work adjusted hours, including early mornings or evenings, to match as per doctors and hospital/Clinic Pharmacists availability.

Age: 20-35 Years.
