Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispensing Medications: Accurately read doctor prescriptions, pick correct medicines, and hand them to customers.
  • Billing and Payments: Use computer software to create bills and collect cash or digital payments.
  • Stock Management: Check inventory levels, arrange items on shelves, and restock missing products.
  • Expiry Checks: Regularly inspect expiry dates and remove old or unsafe items from the shelves.
  • Customer Support: Answer buyer questions about product availability, prices, or basic usage.
