Roles & Responsibilities

Pick up orders from the assigned store/warehouse.

Deliver customer orders within the given time.

Follow delivery routes and complete deliveries efficiently.

Maintain proper check-in/check-out attendance.

Ensure customer orders are handled safely.

Follow company rules, shift timings, and attendance policy.

Complete minimum daily order targets for payout eligibility.

Store Types

1) Non-Instant Store

Delivery within 3 hours

Delivery radius: 10 km

2) Instant Store

Delivery within 20 minutes

Delivery radius: 3 km

Salary / Payout Structure

A) Full Variable Payout

Non-Instant Store

12 orders = ₹800

13 to 20 orders = ₹45 per order

From 21st order onwards = ₹50 per order

If 12 orders are not completed, payout will be ₹70 per order

9 hours / 6 days working is mandatory, otherwise flat ₹50 per order

Instant Store

11 orders = ₹700

12 to 20 orders = ₹40 per order

From 21st order onwards = ₹45 per order

If 11 orders are not completed, payout will be ₹60 per order

9 hours / 6 days working is mandatory, otherwise flat ₹50 per order

B) Fixed + Variable Payout

Non-Instant Store

9-hour shift (Check-in)

₹550 + Fuel + Incentives

Incentive Slab:

11 to 18 orders = ₹25/order

19 to 27 orders = ₹35/order

27+ orders = ₹40/order

Minimum 6 days attendance per week required

If less than 6 days, weekly attendance bonus will be 0

Minimum 10 orders per day required for payout eligibility, otherwise ₹55 per order

Instant Store

9-hour shift (Check-in)

₹500 + Fuel + Incentives

Incentive Slab:

11 to 18 orders = ₹25/order

19 to 27 orders = ₹35/order

27+ orders = ₹40/order

Minimum 6 days attendance per week required

If less than 6 days, weekly attendance bonus will be 0

Minimum 10 orders per day required for payout eligibility, otherwise ₹55 per order

Eligibility Criteria

Must have a bike/scooter

Valid Driving License

RC / Insurance / Vehicle documents

Smartphone with internet access

Basic knowledge of maps/navigation

Responsible and punctual

Shift Details

9-hour duty

6 days working mandatory

Payout Details

Payout Cycle: 26th to 25th of every month

Payout Date: Shared by central team on 27th or 28th

Payment: Within 4 working days

Service Charge: 4% TBD
