Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day MEP installation works on site, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.

Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors for drawing approvals, sequencing, and execution.

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure MEP works comply with approved drawings, codes, and safety standards.

Review and track MEP BOQs; coordinate material requirements and procurement timelines with the site and procurement teams.

Identify and resolve site-level technical issues, clashes, and execution bottlenecks in a timely manner.

Monitor MEP work progress against project schedules and flag delays or risks proactively.

Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and documentation for ongoing MEP works.

Liaise with the Project Manager and Civil Site Engineer to ensure smooth integration of MEP works with civil execution.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory compliance on site for all MEP-related activities.

Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems on project completion.
