Job Description

● Prepare detailed MEP drawings (Electrical, HVAC, Lighting, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, and Low-Voltage systems) aligned with interior layouts.

● Convert engineer’s inputs and design concepts into precise AutoCAD/Revit drawings.

● Assist in BOQ preparation and quantity estimation for MEP works in interiors.

● Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and site teams to resolve technical discrepancies.

● Ensure drawings comply with IS codes, NBC standards, and local regulations.

● Maintain and update as-built drawings and documentation for handover.
