Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Operate welding equipment such as TIG, MIG
•Prepare and align materials to be welded
•Have a steady hand and great attention to detail
•Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc, etc.) and equipment
•Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
•Operate and maintain welding equipment in compliance with safety protocols
•Physical stamina to work in various positions and environments
•Willing to work in shifts as per factory/ project requirements
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
•Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience working with aluminium, stainless steel, or specialized metals
•Able to communicate clearly in Kannada or Hindi
•Willing to stay in/around Whitefield/Mahadevapura in Bangalore and be ready for immediate joining
