Job Description – Mobility Operations ExecutivePosition: Mobility Operations ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mobility Operations Executive to support and manage day-to-day mobility operations. The role involves coordinating with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transportation services, timely issue resolution, and operational efficiency.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage daily mobility operations and service activities.
• Coordinate with drivers, fleet partners, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track trip performance, vehicle utilization, and operational metrics.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to operational processes, company policies, and service standards.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Support onboarding and training of drivers or mobility partners when required.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements.
• Monitor service levels and take corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in mobility, transportation, logistics, fleet operations, or customer operations is preferred.
• Preferred Experience1–3 years of experience in mobility operations, fleet management, transportation, logistics, or related fields.
• Experience handling operational dashboards and performance metrics is an added advantage.
