Job Summary:The Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair duties across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems to ensure the smooth operation of the university campus. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, proactive, and able to address a wide variety of maintenance issues efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and urgent repairs on electrical systems, plumbing lines, carpentry, painting, and minor civil works.
• Carry out regular preventive maintenance checks and inspections.
• Respond promptly to facility-related service requests or complaints.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical faults including lighting, switches, fans, and sockets.
• Handle plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and tap or flush repairs.
• Assist in carpentry tasks including door, window, and furniture repair.
• Maintain HVAC systems – basic servicing, filter cleaning, and temperature checks.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when required.
• Ensure tools, spare parts, and materials are maintained in good condition.
• Maintain records of tasks completed and submit reports to the supervisor.
• Adhere to safety protocols and report potential hazards immediately.
• Support event setups and campus reconfiguration activities as needed.
• Qualifications and Experience:ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or relevant technical field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic tools and repair equipment.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical jobs.
• Basic understanding of safety standards and emergency protocols.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours: all shifts

• Preferred Candidate:Should be locally based in or around Bengaluru.
• Must be physically fit and capable of performing labor-intensive tasks.
• Willing to work extended hours in case of emergencies.
