About the Role- We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Network Engineer – Community to support last-mile broadband connectivity and ensure seamless network operations across assigned residential communities. The role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, network uptime, and coordination with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and activate broadband connections within assigned communities.
• Perform fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of FTTH/fiber networks.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints while meeting TAT and SLA commitments.
• Deliver First-Time-Right (FTR) installations and maintain high network uptime.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service Delivery, and Customer Support teams for seamless customer onboarding and issue resolution.
• Support fiber network expansion and maintenance across residential communities.
• Maintain installation and service records while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Must-Have Skills

• Basic knowledge of FTTH/Fiber Broadband networks.
• Understanding of GPON, ONT/ONU devices, routers, and basic networking concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Willingness to work in field operations across assigned locations.
