Urgent Hiring for the position of Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities

•Getting active details of current requirements from Team Leader.

•Sourcing candidates across various job portals, social platforms for bulk hirings/ bpo hirings

•Able to make 150-200 quality call from various job portals

•Conducting interviews through various recruiting and selection tools.

•Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

•Maintaining excel database of sourcing, screening, selections and joining.

•Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports as needed to management.

•Adhering to team policies and procedures.

•Meeting monthly selection/joining targets.

•Should be able to meet daily KRAs.

Qualification: Graduate and above

Requirements:

• Experience: 0 to 1 year in recruitment or bulk hirings
• Must speak fluent English and Hindi
• Seeking young and enthusiast female candidates
• Must be hard working and growth oriented
• Should have descent MS word and MS Excel knowledge

6 working days and Sunday week off

Day Shift working

Timing: 10 am to 7pm (1hr Lunch break)

Max Salary 12-15k +Incentives
