HR Recruiter

Location: BTM Layout,2 nd stage,Bangalore

Industry: TMT Steel Manufacturing

Experience: Minimum 2–5 Years

Qualification: Graduate/MBA in HR preferred

• Job Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, HR consultants, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
• Manage offer rollout, follow-ups, and candidate joining.
• Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate with HR consultants and recruitment agencies to meet hiring targets.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database, and hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Required SkillsExperience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of onboarding and recruitment documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS is an advantage.

Preferred Industry: Manufacturing, Steel, Engineering, Cement, Automobile, or Industrial sectors.

Salary: Maximum gross up to 25 K PM

Working hours: 10 AM to 7 PM
