Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced North Indian/ Bengali Cook who can prepare authentic and high-quality North Indian/ Bengali dishes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of traditional recipes, kitchen management, and food hygiene standards. Accommodation and food facilities will be provided by the employer.
- Key Responsibilities:Prepare a variety of North Indian/ Bengali dishes including curries, gravies, rotis, parathas, biryanis, snacks, etc.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are consistently met.
- Manage kitchen operations including ingredient preparation, cooking, and serving.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures during food preparation.
- Work closely with kitchen helpers and staff for smooth operations.
- Maintain portion control and reduce food wastage.
