Position SummaryWe are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and qualified Male and Female Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care to elderly individuals and patients in the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills, empathy, and a patient-centric approach.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPatient CareProvide comprehensive nursing care as prescribed by the treating physician.
• Monitor and record vital signs including Blood Pressure, Pulse, Temperature, Respiration, Blood Sugar, and Oxygen Saturation.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and nebulisation as per medical advice.
• Perform wound dressing, catheter care, Ryles tube feeding, tracheostomy care, colostomy care, and other nursing procedures.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility support.
• Maintain proper infection control and hygiene practices.
• Clinical MonitoringObserve and report any changes in the patient's health condition.
• Maintain nursing notes and daily care reports.
• Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and care managers regarding patient progress.
• Assist during medical emergencies until advanced medical support arrives.
• Elder Care SupportProvide companionship and emotional support to elderly patients.
• Educate family members regarding patient care and medication schedules.
• Ensure patient safety by preventing falls and other health risks.
• DocumentationMaintain accurate patient records.
• Update treatment plans as instructed.
• Submit daily reports through the BeFine Care App or designated reporting system.
• EligibilityEducational QualificationGNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM (depending on assignment)
• Valid Nursing Registration Certificate preferred.
• ExperienceFreshers with good clinical knowledge are welcome.
• 1–5 years of experience in hospitals, home healthcare, ICU, ward nursing, or elder care will be preferred.
