Compliance:

Requirements:

Education: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.

Experience: [0.6-4] years of nursing experience. (Prior experience in home care, ICU, or geriatric care is a plus).

License: Active nursing registration with the relevant state nursing council.

Skills: Exceptional clinical skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the patience required for high-acuity, home-based care.
