Our Office Administration team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient management of organizational resources. As an Office Administrator, you will support the organization by managing administrative operations, maintaining office infrastructure, and overseeing asset management and system configuration for employees.
You will be part of a collaborative, high-performance environment that values accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, while offering opportunities for professional growth.

What You Will Do
• Manage day-to-day office administration and operational activities
• Maintain and track company assets including IT equipment, office devices, and inventory
• Handle system setup and configuration for employees including laptops, desktops, and basic software installations
• Maintain asset registers, documentation, and inventory records
• Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors for system maintenance and technical support
• Manage office supplies, procurement requests, and vendor coordination
• Support employee onboarding by arranging systems, access, and workspace readiness
• Maintain office records, documentation, and administrative reports
• Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and administrative processes
• Support internal teams with general administrative and operational requirements
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Office Administration, Asset Management, or IT Support roles
• Experience managing office assets, equipment inventory, and documentation
• Basic knowledge of system configuration, device setup, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory tracking tools
• Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors
• Attention to detail and strong record-keeping capabilities
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
