We Are Hiring | Admin Executive 📍


📍 Location: Bangalore

💼 Experience: 1–2 Years

💰 Salary Budget: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month


🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative and office operations

• Handle office documentation, filing, and record maintenance

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments

• Support HR and accounts-related administrative tasks

• Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth facility management

• Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare reports

• Assist in travel arrangements and employee coordination

• Ensure proper compliance with office procedures and policies


🔹 Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Administration or Office Coordination

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently and efficiently
