Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile Office Assistant to join our growing team in Bengaluru. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations and delivering exceptional interaction experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Front Office & Visitor Management: Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing accurate information in the caller’s preferred language.
  • Multilingual Communication: Handle verbal and written inquiries. Translate basic documents or communicate cross-functionally across English, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil as needed.
  • Basic Computer Skills & Data Entry: Assist with basic data entry.
