• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Handle office files, documents, and courier deliveries.
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Purchase office supplies and maintain inventory when required.
• Support office staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
