Job Description
Office Boy / Office Assistant Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises (workstations, pantry, reception, meeting room).
- Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors.
- Assist in arranging meetings and keeping meeting rooms ready.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing of documents.
- Deliver documents/files within office departments and outside (bank, courier, vendors, etc.).
- Support office staff in daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain pantry supplies (tea, sugar, cups, snacks) and ensure timely refilling.
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier parcels.
- Assist in office inventory management (stationery, cleaning materials).
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain hygiene.
- Help in arranging office materials and furniture when required.
- Perform any other work assigned by management/supervisor.
