Job Title: Office Boy / Office Assistant

Salary: 15000 to 20000

Working days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday - based on clients working days and hours)

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises, workstations, and common areas
• Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors
• Assist with photocopying, filing, and basic documentation
• Handle courier pickup, delivery, and dispatch of documents/packages
• Manage office supplies and inform management when stock is low
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms for meetings/events
• Run errands as required (bank visits, post office, local purchases)
• Support pantry management and ensure hygiene standards are maintained

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 8th/10th pass
• Prior experience as an office boy/helper preferred but not mandatory
• Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy
• Basic communication skills (local language; Hindi/English a plus)
• Willingness to take up multiple small tasks as needed
