Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and review content displayed on TV screens to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with internal guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to update, schedule, and manage content operations.
Maintain and manage content data using MS Excel (reports, trackers, logs, performance sheets, etc.).
Identify and report discrepancies or content issues in real-time.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Ensure timely content updates as per programming schedules.
Maintain documentation of operational processes and content workflows.
Communicate eAectively in both English and Hindi for coordination and reporting purposes.
