Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesProcure vehicles from transport vendors and negotiate freight rates.
  • Prepare and share Lorry Receipts (LRs).
  • Track vehicles and provide shipment updates.
  • Follow up on unloading and collect PODs.
  • Maintain sales and operational data.
  • Onboard vendors and maintain documentation.
  • Monitor own fleet maintenance (Tyres, Battery, Engine Oil, etc.).

Track and renew vehicle documents (Insurance, FC, Permit, PUC, Road Tax).
