Operation Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive with at least 2 years of experience in Purchase Orders (PO) and MIS reporting to support day-to-day operational activities at WellBe. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, documentation, and data management skills to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase Order (PO) Management

• Create, review, and process purchase orders as per company requirements
• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and finance for PO approvals
• Track PO status and ensure timely closure
• Maintain accurate PO records and documentation

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Analyze operational data and share insights with management
• Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports
• Maintain dashboards and trackers for operations performance

Operations Support

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of tasks
• Monitor operational processes and suggest improvements
• Handle vendor coordination and follow-ups
• Maintain operational records, invoices, and compliance documents
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, PO handling, and MIS
• Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
