Job Description:We are hiring Operations Management Trainees who will work closely with our Operations Manager to support daily business activities and client relationship management.
This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:Assist Operations Manager in day-to-day business operations
- Handle client follow-ups and maintain relationships
- Support in client onboarding and documentation process
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
- Maintain records, reports, and data entries
- Resolve basic client queries and escalate when required
- Learn financial products and company processes
- Eligibility Criteria:Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any field)
- Good communication skills (Hindi + English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Email
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred Candidate:Fresher with a positive attitude
- Interest in finance, operations, or client handling
- Disciplined and hardworking
