Operations & Customer Experience Executive

Role Overview:We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and creative individual to manage day-to-day operations, customer interactions, and inventory.

This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless and premium experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

📦 Order Processing & Shipping

• Handle packing of sarees with precision and care
• Ensure timely dispatch and coordination of shipments
• Maintain high packaging standards

💬 Customer Communication (Instagram & WhatsApp)

• Respond to enquiries clearly and professionally
• Assist customers in selecting sarees
• Manage follow-ups and basic issue resolution

🧵 Saree Handling

• Fold sarees neatly and consistently
• Maintain display and storage standards

📊 Inventory Management

• Track stock and update records
• Assist in stock organization and audits

⚙️ General Operations

• Support daily activities, dispatch rush, and shoots when required

Requirements:

• Fluent spoken English is a must (clear and confident communication)
• Prior experience in retail / boutique / ecommerce preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic familiarity with Instagram & WhatsApp Business
• Organized and responsible.

• Interest in sarees / fashion
• Experience handling premium customers
