About the Role

We are looking for detail-oriented and responsible fresh graduates to join our Operations team. This role involves verifying customer deposit and withdrawal requests, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring timely completion of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify customer deposit and withdrawal requests.
• Process transactions accurately and within defined timelines.
• Ensure compliance with internal operating procedures.
• Maintain transaction records and operational logs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve transaction-related queries.
• Escalate discrepancies or suspicious transactions to the reporting manager.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Support day-to-day operational activities as required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates preparing for competitive exams are welcome.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Shift Timings (Rotational):

• 10:00 AM – 6:15 PM
• 6:00 PM – 2:15 AM
• 2:00 AM – 10:15 AM
• Work Schedule: Rotational shifts.
• One weekly off.
• Work From Home on Sundays (subject to business requirements and performance).
