Operations Manager

Scope of work: To financially analyse and process documents for loan processing.

Reports to: CEO

Reportees: FPA

Responsibilities:

• To liaison with Bankers 

• Enabling Clients on Products offered by different Banks. 

• Educating them on the documentation which are required for loan processing.

• Check on financials of the client that are entered into the system for FAT.

• Co-ordinate with Sales for any required pending documents as per the respective bank’s checklist and for analysis.

• To do financial analysis to check the eligibility for loan. 

• To Check & analysis credit history of customers.

• Act as effective communicator between sales team and Banker when required to explain the case fact.

• To get the case approved in Bank.

• To Articulate and case studies to identify triggers for optimum utilization of FAT.

Competencies: 

• Strong sense of Attention to Detail

• Strong accounting/ financials of companies

• Must be able to communicate clearly with Bankers and sales/Customers

• Ability to work and coordinate with different DSAs

Educational Qualifications: - M. Com/ CA/ MBA

Work Experience:

• Incumbent having relevant understanding of all sector Financials would be added advantage.

• Banking/ Finance Domain with quick learning ability
