Job Description

Conduct eye examinations and vision testing


Provide accurate prescriptions and explain results to customers


Recommend suitable lenses, frames, and eye-care solutions


Educate customers on lens options and eye health


Support sales conversion from eye check to purchase


Ensure quality check of lenses before delivery


Maintain testing equipment and follow SOPs


Deliver excellent customer service and high NPS


Work closely with store team to achieve targets


Qualification:


Diploma / Bachelor in Optometry


Good communication and customer-handling skills


Freshers or experienced both can apply
