Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon to join our clinical team at Dr. Heal Pain Cure Hospital. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with musculoskeletal conditions including bone, joint, ligament, tendon, spine, and muscle disorders. The role requires strong clinical expertise, patient management skills, and commitment towards quality healthcare services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesExamine patients and diagnose orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop appropriate treatment plans including medications, physiotherapy, injections, and surgical interventions.
• Perform orthopedic surgeries and procedures as required.
• Evaluate X-rays, MRI, CT scans, and other diagnostic reports.
• Manage trauma, fractures, joint disorders, sports injuries, arthritis, and spine-related conditions.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Coordinate with physiotherapists, pain management specialists, and other departments for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and updated medical records and treatment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, NABH standards, and ethical medical practices.
• Participate in clinical meetings, audits, CMEs, and departmental activities.
• Guide junior doctors, nursing staff, and interns when required.
• Attend emergency and on-call duties as per hospital requirements.
• Qualification Requirements MBBS with MS/DNB in Orthopedics from a recognized institution.
• Valid Karnataka Medical Council / National Medical Commission registration.
• Fellowship in Joint Replacement / Arthroscopy / Spine Surgery will be an added advantage.
• ExperienceMinimum 2–10 years of experience in orthopedic practice or hospital setup.
• Experience in handling OPD, IPD, trauma, and surgical cases independently preferred.
• Required SkillsStrong clinical and surgical expertise.
• Excellent patient communication and counseling skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Sound knowledge of NABH protocols and medical documentation.
• Decision-making and emergency management skills.
• Professional ethics and patient-centric approach.
• Working ConditionsRotational shifts and emergency on-call duties may apply.
