Role Summary - The Outreach and Growth Manager will be responsible for driving institutional outreach, strategic partnerships, student engagement initiatives, and organizational growth activities.
Key Responsibilities -
· Develop and manage partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, NGOs, and educational institutions.
· Drive regional outreach, awareness campaigns, and student engagement initiatives.
· Build strong relationships with principals, counsellors, academic leaders, and institutional stakeholders.
· Conduct presentations, meetings, workshops, seminars, and educational awareness sessions.
· Support scholarship, mentorship, career guidance, and student development programs.
· Generate leads and support student registrations and enrollment targets.
· Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution.
· Manage strategic alliances, channel partners, and institutional collaborations.
· Monitor outreach activities, follow-ups, and partner engagement.
· Maintain CRM records, reports, presentations, and communication trackers.
· Support organizational growth, expansion, and branding initiatives.
· Lead and coordinate local outreach teams and operational activities.
