### *Job Title: Picker Packer*

*Location:* Bangalore, Karnataka

*Salary:* ₹19,000 – ₹22,000 per month

*Shift Timings:* 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

*Job Type:* Full-time, On-site

### *About the Role*

PR Creations is looking for detail-oriented and hardworking Picker Packers to join our warehouse team. You’ll be responsible for picking orders accurately and packing them securely for dispatch, making sure customers get their products on time and in perfect condition.

### *Key Responsibilities*

- *Picking*: Locate and pull items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets/picking lists

- *Packing*: Pack products carefully using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit

- *Quality Check*: Inspect items for defects, correct SKU, and quantity before packing

- *Labeling*: Apply shipping labels, barcodes, and invoice slips accurately

- *Inventory Support*: Assist with stock counting, organizing, and restocking shelves

- *Dispatch Prep*: Stage packed orders for courier pickup and maintain dispatch records

- *Warehouse Upkeep*: Keep work area clean, safe, and organized following company guidelines

### *Requirements*

- *Education*: 10th pass minimum. 12th pass preferred

- *Experience*: 0-2 years in warehouse, e-commerce fulfillment, or logistics preferred. Freshers can apply

- *Skills*:

- Basic reading and math for counting and verifying orders

- Ability to lift up to 15-20 kg

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Comfortable working on feet for full shift

- *Other*: Punctual, team player, and able to meet daily targets
