• Responsibilities:Handle daily packing of finished products as per company standards.
• Ensure all items are correctly labeled, sealed, and packed safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
• Monitor the quality of packaging materials and report shortages.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain packing records and update daily reports.
• Manage a small team of helpers/workers when needed.
• Ensure packing work is done on time and meet deadlines.
• Skills Required:Basic knowledge of packing procedures.
• Good management and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle workload and meet targets.
• Attention to detail and quality-focused.
• Ability to guide and supervise support staff.
• Qualification:10th / 12th / Diploma (Any field).
