Packing Supervisor

The Team Member will be handling Online Order Packaging or Billing services at the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) counter. Should be responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers. This role involves taking orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive experience ensuring all dishes are served properly as per SOPs.

• Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages as per company standards
• Operate cash registers/POS systems and handle transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and workstations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
• Work efficiently during peak hours and support team members
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies
• Required Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for billing and cash handling
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Prior experience in QSR or hospitality is a plus (not mandatory)
• Exposure to kitchen heat, noise, and fast-paced operations
• Shift-based schedule, including evenings and weekends
