Patient Care Coordinator

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator – Field Operations with a background as a Male Nurse / ECG Technician. The role involves visiting patients’ homes for installation of medical equipment, home diagnostic test setup, patient follow-up, equipment return coordination, report support, and basic service/maintenance coordination of medical devices.

Training will be provided by the company for specific equipment and test procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit patients’ homes for installation and demonstration of medical equipment.
• Set up home-based diagnostic tests such as ECG, Holter, ABPM, sleep study, and related services.
• Assist patients with proper use of medical equipment as per company protocol.
• Coordinate with patients for appointments, follow-ups, equipment usage, and return collection.
• Ensure timely pickup/return of rental or test equipment from patients’ homes.
• Support basic report generation and coordination with the reporting team.
• Check equipment condition before and after patient use.
• Coordinate service and maintenance requirements of medical devices.
• Maintain records of equipment delivery, installation, return, patient status, and complaints.
• Report device issues, patient concerns, or service delays to the office team.
• Eligibility CriteriaQualification: GNM / BSc Nursing / Diploma in ECG / ECG Technician / Cardiac Technician / relevant healthcare qualification.
• Male candidates preferred due to field visits and equipment handling requirements.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Training will be provided by the company.
• Must know how to ride a two-wheeler.
• Must possess a valid Driving Licence.
• Should be comfortable with field visits across Bengaluru.
• Basic smartphone, WhatsApp, and documentation skills required.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of patient care, ECG, vitals, and medical device handling.
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to follow clinical and company protocols.
• Comfortable with home visits and patient coordination.
• Basic technical interest in handling diagnostic and respiratory care devices.
• Preferred ExperienceECG recording / Holter setup.
• ABPM installation.
• Sleep study setup.
• Oxygen concentrator / CPAP / BiPAP handling.
• Home healthcare or diagnostic field work.
• Patient coordination and follow-up.
