About Us Kushi Synergy is a leading provider of Deep Cleaning, Pest Control, Marble Polishing, Sofa Cleaning, and Home Hygiene Services across Bangalore. We are looking for a highly result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive who can generate quality leads and improve ROI through Google Ads and Meta Ads
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Run Search, Performance Max, Call Campaigns, and Local Service campaigns
• Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation
• Generate high-quality leads for:
• Deep Cleaning Pest Control Marble Polishing Sofa Cleaning Commercial Cleaning
• Monitor and optimize:
• Cost Per Lead (CPL) Click Through Rate (CTR) Conversion Rate Lead Quality
• Implement and manage:
• Google Tag Manager Google Analytics Conversion Tracking Call Tracking WhatsApp Tracking
• Perform competitor analysis and keyword research
• Improve campaign ROI and reduce budget wastage
• Submit daily and weekly performance reports Mandatory Skills ✓ Google Ads ✓ Meta Ads ✓ Keyword Research ✓ Negative Keyword Management ✓ Conversion Tracking ✓ Google Analytics ✓ GTM ✓ Lead Generation 1 KPI Expectations
• Generate quality leads daily
• Maintain target CPL
• Improve conversion rate
• Reduce irrelevant leads
• Optimize ad spend for maximum RO
