Job Description
- Perform semi-permanent makeup procedures such as:Microblading
- Ombre/Powder Brows
- Combination Brows
- Lip Blush
- Eyeliner Tattoo
- Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP)
- Scar Camouflage (preferred)
Conduct detailed consultations to understand patient expectations and recommend suitable procedures.
Assess skin type, facial structure, and pigmentation before treatment.
Explain procedures, aftercare instructions, risks, and expected results to patients.
Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols are followed at all times.
Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms, and treatment documentation.
Perform touch-up sessions and monitor patient progress.
Handle patient concerns professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Stay updated with the latest PMU techniques, trends, and safety standards.
Support the marketing team by participating in before-and-after photography and educational content creation (with patient consent).
Coordinate with doctors and counsellors to ensure seamless patient care.
