Job Description
*1. Core Training Responsibilities*
- *Assess Clients*: Conduct fitness assessments, BMI, body fat %, posture analysis
- *Design Workout Plans*: Create personalized plans for Weight Loss, Weight Gain, Body Toning, Strength, Rehab
- *Demonstrate Exercises*: Teach correct form for free weights, machines, Kettlebell, Battle Rope, Cardio
- *Supervise Sessions*: Monitor PT and floor clients to prevent injury and ensure proper technique
- *Track Progress*: Log workouts, measure progress weekly/monthly in the app + give feedback
*2. Client Management & Sales*
- *Consultation*: Take new member inquiries, understand goals, give trial sessions
- *Motivate & Retain*: Keep clients consistent, accountable, and motivated
- *Sell PT Packages*: Upsell Personal Training and premium programs based on client needs
- *Follow-ups*: Check in with absent clients and push app usage for session tracking
*3. Gym Operations & Safety*
- *Equipment Care*: Ensure machines are clean, safe, and report any damage
- *Hygiene*: Maintain gym cleanliness, wipe equipment, manage towels
- *Safety First*: Follow emergency procedures, give first aid if needed, ensure proper warmup/cool down
- *Class Handling*: Take Group Classes like Yoga, Zumba, Core & Cardio, Circuit Training
*4. Professionalism*
- *Timings*: Be on time for shifts and PT sessions
- *Appearance*: Maintain fitness trainer physique and professional attire
- *Knowledge*: Stay updated on new training methods, nutrition basics, and certifications
- *Technology*: Use gym app for attendance, workout logging, diet plans, and package sales
