1. Medication Dispensing & Patient Guidance

• Accurately dispense dermatology prescriptions (topicals, oral meds, injectables, sunscreens, cosmeceuticals).
• Educate patients on:
• Proper usage and dosage
• Application techniques for creams/ointments
• Possible side effects and precautions
• Promote adherence to treatment plans.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain optimal stock levels of medicines, consumables, and skincare products.
• Track expiry dates and ensure FEFO (First Expiry First Out) compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and best pricing.
• Maintain stock registers and digital records.

3. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure pharmacy operations comply with Drug Control regulations.
• Maintain purchase invoices, batch records, and prescription logs.
• Support audits and inspections.

4. Sales & Revenue Support

• Suggest suitable OTC skincare products and sunscreens when appropriate.
• Educate patients on product benefits to improve treatment outcomes.
• Maintain billing accuracy and assist front desk if required.

5. Clinic Coordination

• Work closely with dermatologists and nurses to ensure medication availability.
• Prepare procedure kits (if applicable).
• Report fast-moving and slow-moving products.
