Job Title: Phlebotomist – Home Collection

Job Summary:

Responsible for collecting blood samples using Vacutainer, performing ECG, and filling MER forms at patients' homes while maintaining high standards of hygiene, patient care, and timely transportation of samples to the laboratory

Key Responsibilities:

* Visit patients’ homes for sample collection as per the assigned schedule

* Perform blood collection using Vacutainer and other sample collection procedures safely and accurately

* Conduct ECG procedures when required

* Complete and verify MER forms accurately

* Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and documentation of samples

* Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times

* Maintain cold chain and ensure timely delivery of samples to the laboratory

* Provide professional, courteous, and patient-friendly service

* Explain test procedures and fasting requirements to patients when required

Eligibility Criteria:

* DMLT / MLT certification (mandatory)

(B.Sc Nursing / GNM candidates can also be considered)

* Minimum 6 months of experience in Vacutainer blood collection (mandatory)

* Experience in home collection preferred

* Good communication skills

* Two-wheeler with valid driving license

* Willingness to travel within assigned area

Key Skills:

* Strong Vacutainer blood collection skills

* Knowledge of sample handling, storage, and cold chain maintenance

* Customer service orientation

* Basic knowledge of mobile apps and data entry

* Good time management and punctuality

Salary:

22,000 to 27,000
