Phlebotomist

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Home Collection Phlebotomist to collect blood and other samples from patients at their homes. The candidate should

ensure proper sample collection, labeling, handling, and transportation while maintaining hygiene and patient comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Visit patients’ homes for sample collection as per assigned schedule

·      Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection safely

·      Ensure proper labeling and documentation of samples

·      Maintain cold chain during sample transportation (if required)

·      Follow infection control and safety protocols

·      Maintain patient confidentiality

·      Coordinate with lab team for timely sample submission

·      Collect payment (if applicable) and update records

·      Maintain collection kit and required inventory

Eligibility Criteria:

·      DMLT / MLT certification (Mandatory)

·      Minimum 1 year experience in Phlebotomy

·      Good knowledge of blood collection procedures

·      Two-wheeler with valid driving license (Preferred)

·      Basic knowledge of mobile apps / sample collection software
