Picker / Packer

Role OverviewWe are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Pickers and Packers to support warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, labeling, and dispatching products accurately while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick products from inventory as per order sheets or system instructions
• Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit
• Label and prepare packages for shipment
• Verify product quantity and quality before packing
• Handle loading and unloading of goods when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
• Perform stock checks and assist with inventory management
• Follow company safety guidelines and operational procedures
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and logistics teams for smooth dispatches
• RequirementsMinimum 10th/12th pass or equivalent
• 0–2 years of experience in warehouse, packing, or logistics operations preferred
• Basic understanding of inventory handling
• Ability to lift and move packages as required
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to work in shifts if needed
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Preferred SkillsBasic scanning/barcode handling knowledge
• Time management skills
• Physical stamina for warehouse operations
• Knowledge of safety practices in warehouse environments
