Job SummaryA Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately picking products from warehouse shelves, packing them securely, labeling shipments, and preparing customer orders for dispatch while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. (ZipRecruiter)

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick products according to pick lists or handheld scanner instructions.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before packing.
• Pack items securely to prevent damage during transportation.
• Label packages and prepare them for shipment.
• Scan barcodes and update inventory records.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow warehouse safety guidelines and company SOPs.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
