Job Description
JOB LOCATION: BANGALORE
A Picker Packer is a vital role in warehouse and logistics operations, responsible for accurately selecting products from inventory and securely packing them for customer delivery.
Core Responsibilities
- Order Picking: Use order sheets to locate and retrieve specific items from warehouse shelves.
- Item Packing: Securely pack products into appropriate boxes or containers using materials like bubble wrap or shrink wrap to prevent damage during transit.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for defects, damages, or discrepancies in size and quantity before they are packed.
- Labelling & Documentation: Affix accurate shipping labels and packing slips to parcels and maintain records of completed shipments.
- Inventory Maintenance: Assist with stock replenishment, report inventory shortages, and participate in regular cycle counts.
