Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

About VNFVoice of Needy Foundation (VNF) is a registered NGO working to empower Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) through skill development, employment, livelihood, and community development programs across Karnataka.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop partnerships with companies for placement opportunities.
• Achieve monthly placement targets for trained candidates.
• Conduct employer visits and build long-term corporate relationships.
• Organize interviews, placement drives, and job fairs.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and workplace readiness.
• Track placed candidates and ensure job retention.
• Maintain employer database, placement MIS, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with trainers and mobilizers for candidate readiness.
• Promote inclusive employment opportunities for Persons with Disabilities.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (MSW/MBA HR preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, placement, or the NGO sector.
• Good communication skills in Kannada and English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Willing to travel for employer meetings and placement activities.
• Monthly KPIs20–25 successful placements.
• 10 employer visits.
• 5 new employer partnerships.
• 80% interview attendance.
• 70% candidate retention after placement.
• Timely submission of weekly and monthly reports.
