Plumber / Carpenter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing cum Carpentry Technician for retail sites. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, along with basic carpentry work, to ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, fittings, etc.)
• Carry out carpentry work including furniture repairs, door fittings, fixtures, and minor fabrication
• Attend breakdown calls and resolve issues promptly
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Ensure proper functioning of washrooms, drainage systems, and water supply lines
• Maintain records of maintenance activities
• Adhere to safety standards and company guidelines at all times

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and carpentry work
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Basic understanding of tools, materials, and safety practices
• Good teamwork and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in retail or commercial property maintenance
• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
