Job Title: Plumbing & PHE (Public Health Engineering) Engineer
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

2. About the CompanyWe are an expanding organization based in Bengaluru specializing in modern infrastructure, building services, and sustainable development projects. We are currently looking for a hands-on Plumbing & PHE Engineer to drive quality engineering design, material estimation, and seamless on-site execution.
- 3. Key Responsibilities System Design & Layouts: Prepare and review detailed plumbing, sanitary drainage, stormwater management, and water supply schematics and layout drawings.
- Material Estimation & Take-offs: Conduct accurate quantity estimations and technical evaluations for piping networks (including modern multi-layer foam core drainage pipes, uPVC/CPVC pressure lines), fittings, valves, and pumping units.
- Site Coordination: Supervise on-site execution, coordinate with contractors and site teams, and ensure adherence to layout designs and safety norms.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all engineering practices align with the National Building Code (NBC) of India and local Bengaluru municipal codes and guidelines.
- Quality Control: Monitor material quality, jointing integrity (such as solvent welding and rubber-ring push-fit joints), and pressure testing.
- 4. Candidate Requirements & SkillsEducation: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Technical Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and basic working knowledge of Revit MEP or hydraulic calculation tools.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of building water supply demand calculations, underground/overhead tank sizing, pump selections (hydro-pneumatic systems), and gravity drainage design.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi for smooth cross-functional coordination.
