Post-Sales Executive (Admissions & Accounts)

Role Overview The Post-Sales Executive will be responsible for managing student onboarding and handling post-sales operations. This includes coordinating with students after enrollment, ensuring documentation is complete, raising invoices, and following up with universities for payments.

• Key Responsibilities
• 1. Student Onboarding & Admissions Support Coordinate with students after the sales/enrollment process is completed
• Collect and verify all required student documents
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of onboarding formalities
• Maintain proper records of student documentation
• 2. Post-Sales Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for students post-enrollment
• Provide guidance and support to students throughout the admission process
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, admissions, accounts) for smooth processing
• 3. Invoicing & Accounts SupportRaise invoices for enrolled students accurately and on time
• Maintain records of invoices and payment status
• Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions
• 4. University Coordination & Payment Follow-ups Liaise with partner universities regarding student admissions and payments
• Track pending payments from universities

Follow up regularly to ensure timely receipt of payments
