Role Overview

The Primary Learning Designer bridges early childhood education with structured academic learning

while preserving curiosity and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Inquiry-Based Learning

 Deliver lessons through exploration and inquiry-based methods.

 Encourage students to think and respond through guided questioning.

 Focus on building understanding rather than rote memorization.

Analytical Thinking

 Develop students’ reasoning skills through structured activities and guided practice.

 Engage students with problem-solving tasks to enhance critical thinking.

 Encourage application of concepts through real-life situations and case-based discussions.

Leadership & Confidence

 Foster self-confidence and leadership skills through guided activities.

 Encourage students to express and present their ideas clearly

Promote active participation and teamwork through group discussions and peer interactions

Child Development Monitoring

 Monitor children’s progress through regular observation.

 Record developmental milestones in a structured manner.

Align progress with the DHI Child Growth Framework

Qualification

 Diploma or Certification in Montessori / ECCED / Early Childhood Education

 Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (preferred)

 1–3 years of experience in pre-nursery or early childhood education (fresher’s with strong passion

may apply)
