Pre-Primary Teacher

Curriculum Development & Implementation

Design, review, and update curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and instructional materials.

Ensure curriculum alignment with national, state, board, or organizational standards.

Develop academic calendars, curriculum maps, and assessment plans.

Support the implementation of innovative teaching methodologies and educational technologies.

Academic Quality Assurance

Monitor curriculum delivery and classroom practices.

Analyze student performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Conduct curriculum audits and recommend enhancements.

Ensure consistency and quality across grade levels and subjects.

Teacher Support & Professional Development

Train and mentor teachers on curriculum standards, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.

Organize workshops, seminars, and professional development programs.

Provide guidance on lesson planning and classroom instruction.

Assessment & Evaluation

Develop and oversee assessment frameworks and evaluation systems.

Review assessment results and prepare academic performance reports.

Coordinate internal and external examinations where applicable.

Ensure assessments accurately measure learning objectives.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with school leadership, teachers, parents, and external educational bodies.

Facilitate curriculum meetings and academic planning sessions.

Communicate curriculum updates and academic initiatives to stakeholders.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain curriculum documentation, policies, and academic records.

Ensure compliance with board, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare reports for inspections, audits, and accreditation processes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

B.Ed./M.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.

3–8 years of teaching experience, with curriculum development or academic leadership experience preferred.

Strong understanding of curriculum design, assessment, and instructional practices.
