Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, qualifying leads, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Generate and qualify leads from various sources
• Understand customer requirements and explain project details
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
• Follow up with prospective customers on a regular basis
• Coordinate with sales managers for lead conversion activities
• Provide timely updates on lead status and customer feedback
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
• Required Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Customer-centric approach
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Fluent in Kannada and English
• Knowledge of additional regional languages is an added advantage
• Qualification:Any Graduate / PUC / Degree
